How to File a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on YumilitY.com without authorization, please send a written notification including the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the specific material that is allegedly infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
- Your full contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

⚠️ Failure to include all information required under Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA may render your notice invalid.
Knowingly misrepresenting that content is infringing can lead to legal consequences, including financial liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
How to File a Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your written response must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and its original location before removal
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the removal was a mistake
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court where you reside (or any judicial district where YumilitY may be found if outside the U.S.), and that you’ll accept service of process from the complainant
If the original complainant does not take legal action within 10 business days, the content may be restored.
Repeat Infringements
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe on copyrights.
